Last October, several Bay Area artists were invited to join in the festivities of "Oaktoberfest" at Menlo College in Atherton, CA. Warm food, hot beverages, and live music were the backdrop for a lovely fall day for alumnae, family, and current students. Artists from the Bay Area were invited to set up work areas around the campus, to paint and draw in the open air. I had a great time! I always appreciate the warm hospitality from the Menlo College event organizers.
